Work scope:

• Construction of BASE SEEG  90/20 kV GIS substation at LIBREVILLE;

• Construction of NTOUM 2 225/90 kV distribution substation at NTOUM;

• Construction of ANGONDJE  90/20 kV substation at the future Stadium;

• Extension of the AMBOWE 90kV substation;

• Extension of the OWENDO SEEG 90KV substation;

• Extension of the SEEG BELLEVUE station;

• Adaptation of the BISSEGUE 90KV substation to the control center and extension of the substation;

• A 90 kV overhead line along the railway from the new OWENDO thermal power plant - OWENDO SEEG - NTOUM 2, for an approximate distance of 38 km;

• A 90 kV overhead line between NTOUM 2 and ANGONDJE substations over a distance of approximately 50 km;

• A 90 kV overhead line between the AMBOWE and ANGONDJE substations over a distance of 15 km;

• A 90 kV underground transmission line from the new OWENDO thermal power plant - BISSEGUE - AMBOWE over a distance of 23 km;

• A 90 kV underground transmission line between the BASE SEEG and SEEG BELLEVUE substations over a distance of approximately 4 km.
