Main scope:

• A mixed main dam (gravity dam at center connected with earth-rockfill dam at the sides) and clay core rockfill saddle dam with the highest height of 18m, total length of 2 600m;

• An open channel of about 3.2km long;

• Four power intakes of 6.0m×6.0m, and four exposed penstocks encased with concrete, 6.0m in diameter, and about 126m long;

• A surface powerhouse with 4 sets of vertical-shaft Francis-type turbine-generator units of 52.5MW each;

• Review and Supervision of  the Basic and Construction design;

• Technical assistance to the approval process of equipment characteristics, fabrication, inspection and O&M manuals
